Darts Jewellers has been looking after the people of Hobart as other businesses have come and gone. The business was established by Richard Darcey and traded as Richard Darcey Optometrist & Jeweller. The shop sign under the awning read Richard Darcey Jeweller & Optometrist & Optician.
